All submissions from Sub-Branches and Policy Committees to the Annual Conference must be passed and submitted by a date set by the Administrative Committee, generally eight weeks prior to ACT Branch Conference and sent to Party Office by your Sub-Branch or Committee Secretary.
Rule Change Template
Use this template to submit proposed rule changes to the Annual Conference. All proposed rule changes will be sent to the Rules and Boundaries Committee to provide feedback and advice prior to Conference.

Use this template to submit proposed General Resolutions to the Annual Conference. General Resolutions lapse at the next Conference after which they are passed.
