Here you'll find links to any forms, templates or resources you need for the 2023 Annual Conference. Some actions such as submitting Amendments can only be performed through the Online Delegates Portal which all Delegates will receive a login for.
Conference Nomination Form
This form can be used for nominating for positions elected at the 2023 Annual Conference. Nominations must be signed by five members eligible to vote in the ballot at Conference. Nominations close 5pm Thursday 18 August.
Childcare Request Form
All delegates are able to access free childcare on-site during the Conference.

Proxy Assignment Form
We recommend using the proxy management system on the online Conference Portal. This will give your proxy delegate immediate access to the Online Portal.
There is a paper form that can be used as an alternative. This form can only be presented on the day of conference at the registration desk.
