ACT Labor Rules
The Party Rules are our primary governing document and constitution. This outlines how the Party operates and what the democratic decision-making processes are. Changes to the Rules can be made at our Annual Branch Conference.
Included in the Party Rules are also a set of Regulations. Changes to the Regulations can be made by either the Annual Conference or Branch Council which meets 3 times each year.
The National Code of Conduct is a commitment to ensuring we create safe, respectful environments for everyone to participate in our Party.
The National Code of Conduct applies to all Party members equally, regardless of their status or position.
These rules are important in ensuring fairness, accountability, and transparency.
