Transfer Your Sub-Branch

Use this form to request a transfer to another sub-branch.

ACT Labor members have the flexibility to choose to be a member of any sub-branch. Common reasons for choosing to move branch are the proximity to home or work, the convenience of the meeting day and time, wanting to attend a branch with friends or even liking the particular culture of another sub-branch.

Please note that transferring may affect your eligibility to stand and vote for ACT Labor Conference Delegates positions at your next AGM. You must be a member of your sub-branch for at least 6 months prior to the 1st of April to be eligible to vote and stand for Conference Delegates at your sub-branch's AGM in May. 

Transfer requests are usually processed within 2 business days. All transfer requests are subject to review by the Administrative Committee.
